I'm going to elaborate on the context behind the words that got me banned on the CB channel by posting the messages that led to such a response as well.

As you can clearly see, DSB was not even seeing Vince as a person, he was always seeing him as his rank. I called him a "slimy bastard" because he was heavily implying that something that happened merely a week or two before the meeting was completely irrelevant then, which is never the case as critical words by DSB had been set in stone. DSB was trying to pretend like his report never even happened, which is why I called him a "slimy bastard" on a private CB channel, with only my friends on it.

The previous instance had been about DSB leaking a private document, and I understood that he sort of had a justification for his as he was told by the chief not to do it, he did not do it by himself out of the blue, so I advised Vince to move on a new and completely different matter, the matter that led to that meeting in the first place - the complaint in PM to Captain Rusty.

THIS was the reason the meeting was arranged. To address DSB's report and have him say to Vince's FACE what kind of issues he has with him. Yet he was going on about how "but you were not lt at the time so it doesn't matter!!!"

DSB was implying as if CBF had been some sort of a toy Vince had been playing to gain his rank, that he hadn't earned it with his hard work he had done previously.
That was equal to implying direct corruption and spreading misinformation due to being severely misinformed. That alone would warrant a suspension or worse from the SAPD, since corruption charges are extremely serious.

Since DSB was implying that going behind Vince's back with a personal complaint against him was the way to go, Vince (and the rest of us) were getting fed up with DSB's attitude and complete disregard for other players simply because they weren't a certain rank in the SAPD.

DSB showing that he has a personal bias towards Vince, failing to see that it was ALL SAPD-related, it was ALL done in roleplay, which was the reason it was done in /l in the commander's room in the LSPD and not on Teamspeak or Skype.

The issue had stopped being whatever DSB leaked or what he complained about to Rusty. During the meeting DSB had displayed an attitude unfit for an SAPD Probationary Officer by constantly questioning a superior officer's actions, accusing him of having a personal bias and threatening him even, being unwilling to man up to his words and take up any issues with Vince with him personally et cetera. The following suspension was directed to the way DSB had acted during the meeting, not before it.

It was an SAPD-related meeting turning heated, with Vince eventually suspending (not firing, that was never the intention) DSB for constantly moaning about Vince and accusing him of being unfit to do his job. An SAPD command staff member's job also includes disciplining officers who try to cause dissent, and that IS NOT "harassing" or "cyber-bullying" if there is a JUST CAUSE to call such a meeting to discuss problems FACE TO FACE instead of on the forums, behind one another's back, without giving anyone the chance to explain themselves.
As such, myself and all the others involved are innocent of "harassment" and "cyberbullying" directed towards DSB, since sometimes stuff like this has to be done, real life included, before things get out of hand and factions that cause dissent within an organisation start forming.
All of this had a roleplay justification for it, and after all, this is a roleplay server. The issues Vince had were with DSB's cop character, not him personally.
