Scripted jobs. Doesnt change your name's color. You buy weapons from them. Let's say their respawn time is same as current npc dealer, but they wouldn't spawn on same locations. Something like fireman mission, but deals in this case.

I mean if you want to buy a weed/weapon you have to search all over the map finding the Dealer ? Just like newbies intend to search the Sultan RS . I think that there should be only authorized people can buy weeds/weapons. Like registered clan members on forum. etc.
