Crashing every time connecting

At the last time I've got a problem. When i trying to connect to the server, it's crashing. I'm tried to do it again 6 times, Restart my computer, Restart the internet, but there are no results. So i decided to ask for help here. Do anyone know how to fix this problem?

Try to delete "gta.sa.set" file which is in Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files. Hope this solves your problem. And, remove mods/car mods if you've installed.

So I see that everyone has the problem, But there are some players that correctly online and has no problem with the login..
