Hello!
first of all i would just like apologize for what i have done. I know that my behavior was unacceptable on argo.
second of all, i did not open fire at anyone other than Clay_Dixon. I started shooting at him because of an internal dispute that is solved now. I was not trying to provoke, or anything like that.
last of all, i would like to say that i think that argo rpg is a very good server and hope to be playing it soon.

You have 10 punishments since March and 4 of them are for deathmatching.
Can you please explain me why you are not able to cease deathmatching?

Unfortunately i have no good explanation for this. I guess i have been immature and not following the rulles properly. In my defense i think that i have been unfairly treated in some occasions. for example when i group of people(including me) have been doning something wrong, i am the only one how got punished. 

If i can get i second chance i promise that i will do better and that it wont happen again.

You were tempbanned twice for deathmatching.
It means you already have enough chances to improve before this ban.
Why didn't you start improving after the first punishment? It's not when you are banned that you need to say you will improve. When you are banned for "constant rulebreaking" it means you haven't been able to improve in-game at all.

I think that i hade some good reasons to kill the players when i got tempbanned. I have rp before i killed the players and therefore it is not DM.

Also today you were fooling around a lot in that case. I have seen random ramming, annoying driving, punching cops and more. In the end you and Clay were shooting each other in the middle of the road in front of LSPD. Even hitting random other people. The facts that Cyril brought up, made me decide to ban you. You definitely were not going to stop your rule breaking behavior.

On top of that you suspected and killed Clay multiple times. This seems a little odd too.

You think somebody accidentally hitting your car once is enough of a reason to kill somebody?

The time I tempbaned you, a cop hit your car once, you got out of the vehicle, without saying shit, and shot him to death. No attempt to RP, no conversation, no discussion, nothing.

That is nothing but DM and if you believe it is a valid reason to kill, or that there was some how some RP there, you seriously need to re-evaluate the server you play on and consider going elsewhere.

Lying in an unban request is absolutely not the way to go about getting unbanned.

First of all i have never lied in this unban request.
 
Now, the reason why i killed Clay was because he did the killed me. He killed me because i SU him and then killed him. For this reason he got angry and shoot me down without RP or anything. He was the one that rammed me to, and that was not an accident.

Recce, you say a copcar hit me and then i shoot him to death. For that occasion i got tembanned. So i got my punichment for that. For that resaon you can not ban me for that occasion, and that is the only time you say i did not RP.

Mikro, you say i hurt other people when Clay and i shoot at each others. We most certainly did not.

I doubt you are ready yet to be part of our server again.
You have been punished for deathmatching far too much and be given many chances to improve, you ignored them all.
As this is your first ban, I will deny your unban request for one month. Take this time to work on your attitude and to study our rules better.
