There isn't anything like "real cop". If you're freecop and want to improve your rank (such as cadet, officer, sergeant...), you can apply for an LCPD Cadet and in this website :

You have to write reports if your application noted by captain or above. Then, you must take lessons from each section if you get accepted to LCPD Academy. After that, you'll have to take an exam from captain or above. If passed it, you'd be an LCPD Officer.
