Wait. I think I got it. Liked your idea. If you socialize to Argonath with groups, you can log them in continual. Means more players.

We don't want to see any competition. There is enough new players for everyone (around 1000 per week). If someone is already helping a new player, then proceed to the next one, no point to try to steal his new player.

The job is also about quality. No point to rush to a new player, explain him in 5 minutes how it works and leave him to get to the next one. We will check closely through logs and by checking other factors if we decide to reward you or not.

We are giving a reward because helping new players is probably the most difficult job. We will see soon enough those who are really dedicated to it and those who are only doing it for the money.

People that show they are really dedicated to this job and are doing an amazing work with new players might have their chances increased to become Moderator.

In fact there's plenty of options to give this help in a better way. For example, today Solis and I were helping two new players in the server that were familiar to our native language. That, with the assistance of both of us the new players got provided with general knowledges such as basic rules and general activities like buying clothes(skins), buying ammo and the performance of difference jobs like taxi driver and police officer (not really meant to post proofs of this as I'm saying it jus as an example) To prove that this also can give to the regulars and the veterans an opportunity to perform a basic teamwork with other members of the community.

If this assistance is done properly there is alot of positive things that the server can get, it's up to us to start it.

Is the HQ going this low? All the current moderators helped people without being rewarded with money. Now all of the sudden you get 1 to 5k for helping a player. The regular players of Argonath should help new players for free, not for cash lol.
