As well it might be cool to inform that me and Morais will create an organisation aimed on assisting new players.

Atm, we have ACA who also work with that function. But it would be nice to have a bunch of dedicated organizations for that too; the more, the merrier.

Then you got my support. Even if you decide to post it here or not, I'm sure of the fact that poeple will notice your effort and dedication in helping new players within a short time. So it's up to you if you wish to do it for the extra cash or not, it's the least we can do for the community.

Since your motivation is not money, however, I hope that you go the extra mile in helping the new players. Those who you make an impact on, and decide to stay, may just look back to you later on once they become tenured players.

Well ACA is theoretically still there, although their organisation consisted out of a lot of RS4 players whom left the server because they think it's 'shit' (to say it in their words). Nowadays their activity is very low, apart from the fact I noticed quite a few people joining it because they hoped it would boost their chances to become a moderator.

We are currently creating something, mostly with dedicated veteran players who proved their affort towards Argonath. In order to create and maintain a stable supporting platform for new players.

Brief summary of what you did: I helped him since I saw that he was a pretty new player. He tried to ninja jack me and tried to destroy my vehicle. I reported him to an administration and they handle the first part, then I took over and tried to talk with him. I gave him my help and if he needed something like new clothes or anything, he could talk with me. He suddenly responded on the city chat, so I tried to say that there is different chats, a localchat and a public/city chat. He never got that part though.

He didn't have any money since he have spend them on unnecessary stuff, like weapons. So he asked me where he could earn some money, I told him that he could work and earn some, then he wanted to become a taxi driver just like I was at that moment. I helped him getting started, told him to set the fare and gave him some money for drivning me around. He was actually a very nice person behind the destructive behavior that was hidden. I revealed them so he can start out getting a start in Argonath.

I think he will be back, he don't have so much experience from past servers so I guess we must handle him and do as much we can do make him to the best possible player!

Also found out he was Swedish.

Brief summary of what you did:

I found him vandalizing vehicles at the All saint's hospital and tried to communicate with him, he answered some in the Russian language. After a while, talking about how he should get some new clothes and maybe try get a work, he came along and I drove him to the ZIP clothe shop at Downtown. We tried a few skins but none was after his desires. So after a while of talking and trying to get a deeper connection, we drove off the Gas station where I found that he was interested in cars and airplanes and such, so I though playing along how cool it was and have some fun. I offered him some money if he could make some new stunts but it ended that he died!

Anyway, he got his welcoming to the server and he was really friendly after getting a contact with him. Though he didn't say much!

I'm not sure of the fact that you've read the first page, Al. You're most likely acting like a robot, telling him what to do while he's not even talking with you. That lack of communication can be clearly observed from your pictures as they're not saying any kind of word.

I read the first page. "Most likely", why do you even come up with such thing like "most likely acting". If you weren't there you don't know anything.

He was clearly in need of help, he was punishing vehicles at All Saint's hospital and I accrued to be at the area. I took an approach to help him around, told him he had some awful clothes and that I could help him get some new ones. He suddenly started to talk, but in Russian. So I understood that maybe he was not so good at talking English. Therefor it looks like I'm talking with myself, the thing is that he understood me, we keep't getting clothes, gave him some suggestions and after all, I gave him a helping hand.

If you just show up and talk like robot is totally pointless. You're acting like you're just helping him just to post it on forums.

You did a great job so far but my advice for you is to make sure there's a communication between both of you. However, it was just an opinion.

The concept is the same here, even by showing him the basics it starts him off on a positive note.
