I've read a lot of replies with people saying how this will be abused and stuff like that. I disagree with all of you who said that. There are much faster and easier ways to get money, who would spend hours teaching new players about the server, just to get 2k to 5k? Those people who want to help, will help, and they'll get a reward for that, i don't think this will push more people to help the newcommers.

This is the message to scripters,

It they can do , try putting some demonstration videos or action in games predicting how to do a perticular work for newbies . So that they know it by them selves without disturbing others.
Helping others is gud
Buy sometime it happens that one who teaches gets frustrated or is already preoccupied ..

It's really useful if there's an entire group willing to help a new player, for example: I have to go to dinner and one of the other Team_ members can continue to teach the player without any big pauses inbetween the proces of showing him around.

Just to be clear, I'm not a Team member.
