[Case #001] [Case Closed] Money-scam request

        Dear judge of the Liberty City courts, I had an accident with Warrior_Santley (I will type WS next time) in 09.04.2014 in evening (22:00-22:22).
        This story started 08.05.2014 (dont remember certain time). WS asked me if I want race with him for 1000$. I was agree and have lost 1000 $. I payed his reward. Then we have raced for 2000$. I've lost again and payed reward again. 09.052014 he asked me to race with him again for 1000$. I've lost and payed reward. Then we raced for 3000$ and I've won the race. But when I asked him to give my reward he told me that I rammed him and he want rematch. I told him that he had rammed me last two times and I thought it is allowed. So I rammed him a little like he did. He told that he didnt ram me anytime. It was first lie. Then he was asking me for rematch many times and I was asking him to give my reward. Then he gave me 500$ and told that it is enough for me cuz I rammed him and cuz he have no money. It was second lie cuz he had at least 1000 $ that I gave him for his last victory. Then I asked him how could he agree to race for 3000$ if he had no money. He answered that he would win if I wouldnt ram him. But he isnt a God to be sure in his victory at 100 %. So it was third lie (agree to race for 3000$ without enough money).
    I have reported this accident and James_Conway was tring to solve it. But he couldnt and told me to make this request as I did.

that fenixxx lier cuz i first race i race with lenoxx077 and he was have orange sentinel then i told him race for 1k he told me ok then i win the race and asked lenoxx077 for sharing his money he told me waiting im asking fenixxx for the money then he told me talk with fenixxx i talked with fenixxx and fenixx told me who win i told him me he didnt give me the 1k and told me let`s race i race with him for 1k and iwin = i race with fenixxx 2 race only and lenoxx 1 race

but fenixx lying and telling i race 3 racs with me he is lying first race i win fenixx for 1k then i told him race for 2k he told me no for 3k

then first race i win aganist fenixx was 1k and he telling i rammed him my ping was 400 and u can see

and i was a the lead

and i was faster than him and he was crashed cuz his car is not heavy at road

2nd he know i hate ramming and i was racing with sentinel << and 2nd race for 3k i was at the lead and i was gona to win

he rammed me and i hit on the wall so i got angry and told him i wont race with kids again that`s all

Warrior this is not about lenoxx007, this is between you and Fenixxx about illegal racing on the streets with money involved in this matter. And also I have witnesses saying you did bet 3000 Argonath Dollars between you and Fenixx. So how do you plead?

    First I'd like to tell you about Lenoxx077. Lenoxx077 invited me to race with him and WS and I declined his invitation. After the race I asked who was winner just for interest? I didnt remember that lenoxx077 asked me for loan 1k. Maybe I didnt see that massage. Anyway I doesnt owe to give the loans by someone's whim.
    Second. I didnt tell about 3 races. There were 4 races with me and WS. 2 races were 08.052014. And 2 races were 09.05.2014 as I said before. Admins can see this info in logs.
    Third. I doesnt owe to watch my opponent ping when I race with him. And he rammed me a little on purpose as I said before.
    Thats all.

okay. Deejay im with ur quote but he know that im ANgry when someone ramm me at

race and if i was in the lead with sentinel do u know what is sentinel it mean im using low car

and he were using comet and that mean he is begginer at racing

not my bussines that he dont know how to race he just rammed me

and Fenixxx u say i rammed u first the race right? tell me u was about 30 kmh before me how can i rammed u tell me u just got fliped cuz u dont know how to race

  Ill tell you how you rammed me. It was at start. My car is better and I was lead and you rammed my back a little. That has turned me around. I didnt stop u cuz I thought it is normal in race.
 I dont believe you that you havnt money. I want ask admins to check your money. And I if you not have enough I want all you have now.

The court has come to a decision, there was no valid evidence of this happening nor any witnesses who could prove this happening at all. The defendant is not guilty of these charges. Case dismissed.
