I just got this on my mind, idea is to conceal your phone number from public.
When you type "cmd", you conceal your cell phone, so /getphone ID won't work on you.

Would be better if we can remove /gethphone and instead we have something like /givephone ID - so you give your number to player and it gets memorized or something xD

Removing /getphone can stabilize roleplays in a greater way in my opinion. You dont get phone numbers from out of nowhere, unless you check out the yellow pages for important phone numbers only like for example : The Majestic Hotel.

Also that would be great, if every player had his own phone book , like we do have in our mobile phones. A command , like /pb should be used ,and a window could pop-up. Everyone could use nickname of the number owner or whatever they wants them to be called in their phone book , just like in the real life. Example :

or
Stupid Priest - 20440 That would be some nice thing. Adds much RP opportunities.

Script support are for players who are new to roleplaying or are very amateur at it. Maybe it could help newcomers, but still its better for them to not use this feature as it is capable of helping them learn what roleplaying is. (It is however very contradictory as its a relaxed RP server.)

Unsupported. I can't understand why you would want not to be called.
