You have to be invited from someone in NOOSE to join. There is no place to join.

First,you must be an lcpd officer : arpd.argonath.com <- Apply here. Then you have to work well and try to attract the noose high rank officers .

To clarify this matter: you do not have to be an LCPD member in order to be invited into NOoSE, however it increases your chances. Also, once upon a time, applications for NOOSE are opened at noose.argonathrp.com, but unfortunately the site is down right now and as of now we have no information of when it will be back up again.

It happened to me too when I had to make an account there for a court trial. A forum moderator/Manager added me manually upon request.

No, it's still going through applications. They had a recruitment wave recently adding few noose cadets and as I hear it's closed at this moment.
