[Case #002] [Case Closed] Bad conduct of a medic in delicate situation

Dear court, on the date of 12/05/2014
I had an accident along "main" road for Dukes - Broker with my car. I lost control of it , went over the sidewalk and almost destroyed the front of it, fortunately no other civilians were involved. It's all fine to here until i called the 911 for ask help. Two medics came to the scene , at start they tried to remove me from inside of the car but unsucessful (due to doors getting locked , electronic problem). After it they called on emergency radio firefighters support , they came and after checked the scene they leaved us saying: "Die!". I think this behave isn't tollorated , but i couldn't see who was saying that. After this drawback , medics decided to broke front DX window and after they saw that i couldnt exit from it , they broke front window. At here not a big problem , they saved me from that situation but when they caught me out , the paramedic "lilpunk" that knew i had both legs stuck and bleeding lot , took a bandage and arranged to band me like a butcher, the problem is that when he tried to move me from seat position he caused more damages to my legs. This thing it's still causing problems , i think the other medic can say the same too. Fortunately this medic was here and helped me better than Mr. Lilpunk, after some hours in hospital i was able to wake up without dolors.
Now saying about medic behave , i don't think he did his job right , because he caused me more problems and also more damages to my car.
Another thing , while he was transporting me , he made me hit legs to back of ambulance  (with consequence of me shouting), also he didn't seat on back with me for more assistance but let me stay alone on back , he also caused me lose blood from head (Problem that i don't know how they solved). During the abidance on the bed , they anesthetizated twice , i have see that after my wake-up there was some poop on the floor (I could have taken some infections, i hope not). The other medic, named Dr.Skrylex told him to clear it and behave like a medic. So i guess Mr Lilpunk isn't adapt for this job. As final when i was finally able to walk , out of hospital i heard him saying that it was better if i died.
Dr. Skrylex can witness this too. He saw all , and also cameras into hospital room can prove it.

My demands:
3000 Argonath Dollars for more damages at my car and my legs. Also , i would request that this medic "Lilpunk" shouldn't be able to go back at medic. These are my requests.

yea its me lilpunk so it was because of the bandage then and omg im dead with that poop

seriously im just a medic helper and im new also i tryed to help you but i did many mistake as i can see like the bandage (i was thinking that it will stop the blood Q_Q) and he told the truth about that story . that all i have to say

The court has made it's decision, we find the defendant lilpunk aka lonelll, guilty of these charges and will have to pay a fine of half the amount Mr Mark Lion wanted. Case closed.
