bad driving of a driver

Dear court , on the 16/05/2014
i had an accident near the main gas station-while driving , i was about to park my car when a black 4x4 went out of nowhere and ran over me.my car finished her road on a wall and she was totally destroyed , then i called the 911 and i fell asleep they are haythem and the doctor Scrylex . without their help i would die! after that the medic scrylex broke the front windows of my car because it was locked . after that he broke the front window and took me out of here to the ambulance , and then they brought me to the hospital . whne i woke up , i had no memory beacause my head was bleeding . the doctor scrylex fixed my wound and used a "memory recovery" machine and then i saw the name of the man who ran over me ... it was BURNLIGHTthis man was on duty when he ran over me, both medic saw the scene

MY DEMANDS:
i want this cop should'nt be able to be a policeman and also get a driving lesson because he also broke my engine , my spoiler and my rear bumper which were not free
