Gandalf once banned me, he was undercover and I called him kid, I got banned for the reason: Ban evading (Omri)

I spent a month trying to convince Kojak who was currently handling the case. He said the only way I could get unbanned was to admit I was ban evading, after a month He told me that I probably wasn't a ban evader, but he was going to give me a month extra just because i was banned before for bad attitude,
Which makes no sense..
Then I got banned for 6 months straight because of some pointless argument. (Which was original a 1 month ban, but you kept denying my unban requests. Even though I was sincere and apologied.
Then Cyril banned me for 12 MONTHS the reason being me stabbing people who was afk.
Then Rs5 came out and this time i got banned for calling somebody stupid and accused of ban evading.. again.

Even though i've been shitted on so much, i still keep returning. I don't know why I do.
But when I start an unban request, and the first thing you tell me is that I have a shitty attitude..
Asking me why I would deserve a new chance is bullshit. And i'm not going to answer that degrading question.
I deserve to be here just as much as any other.

How am i acting "high and holy" when i'm questioning you about your attitude which was the original ban reason for you? I remember i have banned you atleast once for your attitude back in RS4, in which you were constantly ban evading and flaming / harrasing players and staff. If i remember correctly, you eventually got an unban, although i'm not 100% sure about this.

Conroys post there is showing that you are having attitude problems.

I can also comfirm that those accounts you said are not linked to you will not be brought up again since we can do some connections to you with them, but not enough to be sure it's you.

However, i have been looking into this and i find a few problems we need to figure out first. In the topic i linked, you were requesting an unban for the name "Joe_Black." which was denied. In this request, you are requesting an unban for Schmidten22. However, no ban exist on any of those 2 accounts.

As I also mentioned  Babydeath is my IRL friend, and there we were the only 2 people online on Argonath.
The whole Travis incident was stupid and shouldn't have happened, in the end we both ended up banned.

As far as the confusion for the accounts all of the Joe_Black accounts was made by accident. I made the Schmidten22 account because I felt disciminated since Joe_Black is not the most liked player by the admins.......

I played here since 2011. And I have never ban evaded, no matter how unfair i found the ban.

I never said you were an angel, and no one expects you to be either. For those that know me personally knows i'm having a screwed humour aswell, however i know when to be serious, and when i can relax and just fool around. The same is expected from you aswell now, and i hope you understand that.

If you think admins are handling you different from any other player, i urge you to send a report to [email protected] so we can look into it. They shouldn't treat you different because you are you.

I can see that Joey_Black and Joe_Black. was made on accident, however i can also see that you have been using the name Joe_Black way more than you have used Schmidten22 (Schmidten22 has only been used for 38 minutes during December, Joe_Black for 11 hours and 35 minutes during December, January and February) so if we are gonna let you back, that means we will only allow you to use the account Joe_Black from now on.

If we are to unban you, there is certain conditions we want you to agree on which is:

- You will drop the attitude you have been showing around
- If you feel you are getting angry or upset, you will leave the game until you feel you are calm enough to come back
- If you get banned again for harrasment or flaming, there is no guarantee for a future unban.
- You are to follow the rules 100% of the time without questioning any of them.

These conditions are not to limit you, but to make you realise that you need to change how you are playing on the server.
