In order to battle players behaviour in regards of fire missions, some updates has been made.
Mission reward
Before, the script would calculate the rewards based on how many firefighters was online on the server, no matter if they was at the mission or not. This did contribute to players killing other players in order to get a bigger reward. Now, it will calculate based on how many firefighters that are in the area of the actual fire mission instead of how many firefighters there is on the server.
This means, if players are killing other players in order to stop them from putting out fires, they will actually get less money than if they are actually there.
Firestation speaker
If you are in the proximity of a fire station, you will now see a message like "[Firestation Speaker] All units, we have a reported fire at <location name>.". That means you do not need to use /pager inside a fire station to get the name of the location anymore.
Pager
With the update of Firestation speakers, /pager has also been updated to be usefull. Now when you use /pager, you will get a marker on your minimap that is showing the exact location of the fire mission.
Firetruck vs Fire Extinguisher
Before, the fire truck would put out 5% each second of a source and the fire extinguisher would put out only 2% per source which made it pretty much useless to use a fire extinguisher, and it was way to easy to put out a full mission with a firetruck. But now, we have flipped those values around and now, fire extinguisher will put out 5% per second and fire truck 2% per second.
