Clearly he doesn't know what he's talking about, following the history of the Ottoman Empire etc, it would only make sense that the majority of people in Albania/Kosovo are Muslim. I do not see how Kosovo would make it a goal to provoke Serbia by turning to Islam. If anything, Serbs used Kosovo turning Muslim as an excuse to justify actions. Think of the ethnic cleansing that took place.

Most of them aren't *that* Muslim, they are not following typical Muslim rules such as not drinking alcohol.
