i have a bank acount in LS near the police station and when i want to withdraw money from the atm it says i must be a legalized citizan but when i go to the main bank i can withdraw money but it take a long time

I dont understand why i cant withdraaw money at atm

You don't have a passport.

some of the players ingame dont have passports and they acces the atm why is this?

You do /groupmembers cmb ingame and ask for a passport-test. You can study at cmb.argonathrpg.com
