u can still make skins for SA king/shaheen ive ben doing that 2 for ages

yeah but they use different txd and dff files

but i dont do txd and ddf in SA or MTA i do Bitmap and put it into the skins folder or wereever

lol i remembe ri did that for single player. i was like soo dumb i opened paiun and i put scars and blood marks on his face but it ended up just being like he got hit with a paintball gun lol
