Like Mane said, we have a team that is totally dedicated to keep our server and our community free from these rulebreakers that have the sole purpose to ruin everyone else's fun. There is no need for a command that gives regular players the ability to get into admins business.

Also, keep in mind that even if there are no admins arround, you can still /report. Reports keep registered and we can read them and handle them afterwards, so the server is never unattended. Remember Sauron is always watching.

Alternativley, you could hire more admins/moderator from time zones which require admins?

Even regular's can abuse this command.Counter Strike and IV:MP is different.There are some cases in counter strike that had been kick just because players don't like them.However,I wouldn't suggest this idea because there are undercover admins most of the time where we don't really realize that we are being watched.Instead,as Victor said this is more in depth to admin business , sending pm to one of the authorities is neither another way to prevent these rulebreakers. /Unsupported

Sure. I would just add - If someone abuses command or vote "yes" when command is abused, should get perm ban.

As everything stays in logs, in case someone abuses this command, it would lead to punishment.

Adding it means adding many Rules , and when adding more rules , more Porblems are comming , So i think we keep it as simple as it is , and Try to /report Everytime we have Rulebreakers .
The More simple it is , the better
