Fireman mission suggestion.

I am taking out this idea due to the incorporation of the fireman and the unrealistic fireman system.

Although I am in the law enforcement team, not fire department,I would still like to present my idea to you.The system that we arr using right now is turning fireman into superman, one man can do all mission and save the world, kidding. So my idea is that:

The fireman mission requires a particular percentage of player to finish.
For example,
(Dispatch: There is a mission requires 75 percent of total firemen)

If there is one fireman online, then he will do the mission alone. (1/1x100% 〉75%)
If there are two firemen online, then they will then both of them are required to do the mission. (1/2x100% 〈 75%) (2/2x100% 〉75%)

Same situation for three firemen online.

For four firemen, three of them are required to do the mission. (2/4x100% 〈 65%) (3/4x100% 〉75%)
It will be like this for five,six,seven....
So thats the logic of my idea, more fireman online, more people are required for finishing mission, vice versa.

The percentage required for each mission may vary from the seriousness of the accident, it is recommended that the percentage is not less than 50% and not higher than 75%.
If there are afk fireman, just report them, if they afk for too long, admins will just kick them out.

There are situation thats makes the mission stuck: Too many afk fireman and no admins available, or there are newcomers fireman who can not follow the instruction of doing fireman mission. However, I do thnk these situations are very rare.

Discussions are welcomed.

Edit: Suspected fireman will not be counted in the percentage
Edit2: Player "available" or "not available" command can be added to deal with the problem raised in discussion, when player is available then he will be counted in part of percentage, he will receive dispatch and do /mission. Those who are not available is just the opposite of available. The default status is "not available". This command will be discussed.

Supported. This would definetly solve the problems we have been having about firemans doing missions by themselves and annoying everyone else. Such problems can go up to insulting and provoking all over main chat and fireman radio. Since there is not an actual rule that forbids this kind of behavior (doing missions by yourself), a script support like this would be a great idea to solve the problem.

On paper and in theory a splendid idea, but lets say its 2 of fireman on the server and one is away from keyboard , that will make the 2nd fireman probably angry and well, some players just don't wanna wait and this will make the /r radio the flaming radio. (making a lot of work for A team regarding /report FD afk while there are more serious rule breaks that they should be taking care off, and well this will make the A team slower due to well, over flow of FD reports, in my short FD carrier i seen more flaming in FD /r  then in all others chat combined, this will make it only worse)
    In general if we here discuss and find a way to make the Mission away from keyboard prof by lets say adding a timer if mission is active for x number of minutes and still not done, the mission will make its 0 percent needed, making it possible for x number of none away from keyboard Fireman to do the mission.
If this is done you will get my support till then Not Supported.

In such case,what will happen if most of the Fireman's are not willing to work ? I mean this happens often according to my timezone when no admins around in such moment.If there would be an alternative way to solve this problem , I wont hesitate to support this till then /unsupported.

I am not saying that I am satisfied with current condition.However,there should be alternative ways to ensure that every fireman has to do some teamwork.I mean there should be some addition to ensure the consequences.

Every script can be abused, especially when admins are not preset. That doesn't mean we should cut off all scripts then. Remove mainchat because players can spam when there is no admin online?

Problem with fireman duty is that players are often arguing and insulting each other even if there are admins online. And lots of reports are coming due flaws that job have at this moment. It has to be changed. Maybe proposed idea isn't flawless but would bring improvements for sure. It's a step forward if you ask me....

Supported It would solve probelms with current firemen trolling aqnd stealign shares. I also think that mission depending on how complicated to reach  should pay for example i would risk my life for $200 on the kitchen exhaustor and i would love a mission that would make firemen show their skill and for example maximum of 8 firemen but minimum of 2 for a mission
