New fireman system

Hello I would love a new firemen system introduced. Why? I consider it possible since u did do it with the police and respect and crime that all came together and works really really good but i would love a similar system introduced for firemen for example:
A certain mission requires 2 firemen (if only 1 available he couldnt do it he would need help) and for a mission like this it would have to show their skills like the Algonquin Dukes tree on fire should pay $100 and no more imo but the kitchen exhaustor should pay $1000 because it requires some skill at getting up.
I would love if the mission were more complicated for example on top of a building thats hard to reach.
Thats what i would love since u already introduced it to Police higher rep= Higher pay/Higher fine.
