It's not cop baiting. For attempt to flip the criminal you were suspected.

After that you flamed me and then tried to abuse your suspect situation on every possible way.

"I don't know English" is an excuse. As I can see you know good enough for basic communication (and to flame players as well).

You were warned and punished before for flaming and abusing as suspect (sitting on passenger seat / not following police officer after surrendering / trying to evade after surrendering). I saw you doing that 2 times in past, when I banned you it was 3rd time I see you. And I can see you were punished for same thing from other admin as well. Not to mention other rule breaks.

You keep saying "I don't help suspect" but two more police officers saw and one of them confirmed same thing I saw. You tried to flip him and then you parked in middle of the road waiting for him to join your car as passenger which he did in the end. Your crime was perfectly valid.
It is not my fault you are not being able to express yourself in way you want. I tried to communicate with you but I stopped when you started to flame. I told you later on to follow police officer and you refused to do that (not your first time). I didn't made you to abuse your situation, you did. Grow up a pair and take responsibility for your actions and things YOU did, not me. Stop blaming others for your ignorance.
