IV:MP Not working :C

Hello all!

I delete GTA IV and download GTA IV in Steam.
I download file IV:MP http://www.4shared.com/get/8N1IDyX-ba/ivmp-01-t3.html?simpleLogin=true&startDownload=true#_=_
and I extract to Steam/SteamApps/Common/GTA IV
and i got LaunchIVMP.exe and i double click and i see Error: SecuLancher: failed to start application [2000]. What is it? 
Please help me or says for new link download IV:MP
I download vcredits_86_2005 this is C++ Microstoft 2005 Visual.
And okey.. I launchivmp.exe click and GTAIV.exe stopped working...
I'm Yesterday get Format PC. :C hmm

I undersrand with your problem , You are didnt dowload the last patch maybe of gta iv 1.0.7.0.

If not try to dowload it and update your game with this patch and i hope it will work.

You should open "UpdateTitle.exe" first. Oh, don't forget to run it as an administrator.

The problem with the installation Patch :C Installing updates due to failed. See the log in the location. C:\Users\Verb\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\GFWLife\Install\logs\titleupdate.log

You gotta install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1
