Selling weed to new players is allowed, yes. But only if you don't take advantage on them (scam them). I am pretty sure I didn't told you that you can sell them large amount of weed for large sum of money which you did. Also you were telling to other admins that I allowed you to? What the hell?! It's not only that (price and how much), it's also in the way you sell it and to who you are selling it. You target new inexperienced players without desire to role play or to explain them anything, just to take as much cash as you can. That is scam and that is not allowed. And you keep missing out that point.

This doesn't seems too honest to me. You are trying to push the problem under the rug. I feel that is not the right way to approach the problem. I don't know how rest feels but personally I don't see it as good solution.
