It has become clear that certain members within this community are either lacking the knowledge or common sense to show respect for others around them.

We will not tolerate anyone who thinks it's all a good joke to harass others because of their sexuality or because of the kind of person they are roleplaying in-game.
I have seen nonsense going as far as religious slandering between players towards others for absolutely bullshit reasons.

Jokes are okay, having a laugh is okay although at the expense of another is not.
With that being said, people being verbally harassed and sexually harassed will not be tolerated on any level and you will be removed from the server.

We are all here to have a good time and to relax, no one deserves to be disrespected in any way or form when in this community and we will remove you without hesitation if you can't appreciate the fact that it's not your right to play here but a privilege.

Couldn't agree with you more, however, I'd still want to remind some people not to be too open about your personal life in Argonath, such as anything - your religion, your sexual orientation or anything like that. Let me remind you that this is an internet video game community, where gather people of all kinds of religions, beliefs, political stances and so on and not everyone can tolerate your way of life, neverthless you should never disclose your personal life or preferences on the internet, it's just a bad idea, so some displeasement with it is understandable. Though ofcourse, no-one shall ever be bullied.

Argonath is more than just "the internet", it's a community where people have made friends and brotherhoods.

We even have people sharing things such as advice qualms on a future career, the feeling they had when their elder siblings gave birth, and even a topic of Argonath players proud of their sexual orientation (LGBT Argonath Community).

Therefore, "it's the internet" is not an excuse in any case to go around shitting on people freely. Sadly, I have seen some players with over-inflated egos using this as a reason to carry on with their unacceptable behavior.

You may wish to change that to "removed from the community". None us stand for disrespecting users.

That being said, I will gladly back Devin up on this, as I'm sure the rest of Argo's HQ will too. Not only is it against the rules to do such things, but it is just common sense. (Adding to that, if someone treats you badly, don't go and do it back to them. It isn't justified, and will only escalate the situation. Report them without acknowledging their comments and you will have a better chance at getting them their just punishments).

I'm not saying that it's acceptable, regardless if it's internet or not, but still, yes, Argonath is a community, which is on the internet, and when you start sharing your thoughts or bothers with the internet, the internet rather becames a bully rather than a supporting hand. I think that everyone who has some sense would understand that they shouldn't disclose their personal life for someone on the internet, especially in a community like this, where lots and lots of people of all kinds gather. One might be okay with whom you are, and others might not. It's the internet, and well, if you expect that everyone will be okay with stuff such as someones different sexuality, well then in fact a lot of people will have to be removed from the community. Sadly, we don't live in an ideal, tolerance filled world that we pretend we do.

Players who think someone is inferior just because they have numbers in their names should go find another community where they can parade their stuck-up egos and closed-minded, elitist views. If anyone keeps discriminating on you for that reason, report them to us so we can do something about their disgusting attitude.

Some of the greatest players in Argonath did not use Firstname_Lastname, but numeric names. A good example is =P2P=9r2e5i3k. (did I get the tag right?)

Coming to a person roleplaying a character.
If i abuse, sexually harass the RP character, its the work of SAPD to ensure justice is done.
Abusing the religion and other stuff which are least connected with the RP character must be handled by administrators.
Hope you all understand the difference between Argonath government and Admin team.

It wouldn't be a problem in the first place if the other person agrees to roleplaying being sexually harassed, but if the victim doesn't want the role play to happen, it's not going happen and administration will step in to prevent that.
