No action after opening IVMP

Hello gentlemen,

I can't run IVMP for a reason, when i click "LaunchIVMP" game doesn't start, no errors, nothing.
I can run the singleplayer fine tho, its just about the multiplayer.


I've installed 1.0.7.0 Patch
I've tried to run as administrator
I've tried to troubleshoot compatibility and run as Windows Vista or Windows XP SP3
I've reinstalled the game several times

I hope you guys can help.

Try to delete IVMP and the folder inside program files GTA IV map and reinstall IVMP.

It is T3 yes, and i've reinstalled it, nothing
