So, you're expecting everyone to have known English all their life, or most of it to join you? That's a handful of people from Argo. Also, San Andreas is a state, as it has minor counties inside of it. i.e Red County, Bone County, Flint county.

No, What we mean with the English is, you must be able to speak it properly to where others can understand. We will not deny someone due to a grammar error or a spelling error.
