many of u might have noticed that melee weapons like Nightsticks, Baseball bats, Golf club dont work in vcmp
they just pass straight through the target without damaging him/her

but yes, piercing weapons such as katana, knife, machete work fine (except headless respawns)

maybe we can do without such weapons
but will the cops be having nightsticks?

I don't think we will include bat, batton, hammer or golf club as they don't do anything.

For that matter, I don't think we will be including Sniper Rifle, Auto Sniper Rifle or Rocket Launcher.

It's weird that punching works but weapons don't.

There's no point to put weapons that don't work ingame..

chainsaw does damage, but like 10 hp per time you use it. not nomal, because u split some1 in 2 piece and not dying:S

what i think is, nightstick should be included in cop skins, even though it doesnt work
it can be used for RP purposes (and who uses nightstick to kill people? :trust:)

also, in real life   a person doesnt die in a few Nightstick blows
so Nightstick can be used in such cases:-
a person refuses to surrender or pay fine(small crime)
to set a drunkard right

to suppress a strike against govt.
etc....etc..

so there is more RP in that

only DMers require nightstick to take away hp
we can RP with nightstick, as RPers dont need scripted effect for such weapons

I use night stick to kill people, and in rl you can kill some1 with one, just it them in the head very hard.

ummmm.... ME ..... Batton is pwnage, if you don't use it, that's becuase you don't know how to use it, you obviously have not had sufficient cop training

IRL, one shot to the head with a colt results in "suspect downed!" Here you need about 10 (not everything is to be like RL).

And actually, a few blows with the batton CAN kill if you do it properly.

Even if there was a strike, a shotgun is more intimidating that a batton that deals 0hp

A dmer using a batton is a rare sight...Cops use battons...You calling them DMers???

Like I said before, batton is pwnage, only those who don't know how to use it don't use it (unless you got a better weapon of course).

each skin has 3 slots, but thats for spawning weapons, after spawning scripts can give more weapons to players but to reduce scripts I think only the available spawn slots will be used, every skin has 3 slots and fist is not included as it is default(player without fist would be funny though) but brass knucles is.
In the previous server cops(and other skins) had all slots filled, shotgun colt and nightstick.
I think that they are planning on doing weaponless skins, so only law officers will have weapons, all others will have to buy them.

U can place weapons on ground near spawning place :P or in army base u can spawn weapons in the towers.
