I'm going to be as accurate and this is going to be as truthful as the facts are.

I don't want everyone to see this but sadly it has to be this way because I can't privately communicate with Devin and didn't get a chance to discuss anything with him before the ban.

Let us start with "Advertising".

1. This may have multiple things such as the teamspeak server I have and sometimes i send my teamspeak ip over pm to friends to join it, my mistake i should say the ip outside of argonath and the only use for this is communicating using voice and no i'm not comfortable using the argonath teamspeak just for personal reasons.

2. The other could be my minecraft server which occasionally I ask some of my friends if they have minecraft and they ask why and i tell them i have a minecraft server, i never exposed the server ip of my minecraft server.

3. I have a samp server which I map on and sometimes i like to show my friends my maps but it could have been once i couldn't send an ip over skype (for the sake of not getting banned) so i sent it over pm because the other person didn't have any chat programs so my only choice was /pm and that was a mistake as well and i know better. I always thought if this day has come that Devin would ask me what is the ip about so i could explain to him but sadly it was an instant ban.

4. I'm working on a little project that I only said the name to Ramo today in local chat, a community but of course i wouldn't pull anybody from argonath in and i don't intend to. Me and Gandalf discussed this before. "EMP" i'm sure Devin saw this in the logs.

If there is anything missing about the advertising part please let me know and i'll be glad to explain.


"Selling real life items over argo"

Now this one i'm totally confused about. I sell memberships on my minecraft server but that is totally irrelevant to argonath, i may have told some people about what i do and how i make money and my answer was that i sell memberships and such and they ask how do i make money and i simply tell them to help people over the internet for example, youtube tutorials or services. I'm pretty sure this was confused by "giving tips on how to make money on the internet".

If there is anything I am missing here please let me know and i'll be glad to explain it.

However please don't be rude to me if I missed something in here, as I said above if i did please let me know and i'll be more than happy to explain.

I heard that Devin thinks I am selling Minecraft stuff in exchange for argonath goods. I want to get this clear because you are being misunderstood.

1. None of argonath players play on my Minecraft server and that is a fact. I tried to get a few friends to play Minecraft but they can't afford the game.

2. If none of them play on my server nor can afford the game therefore they also wouldn't be paying for any memberships to me and I have never tried to get anybody from argonath to buy anything in return for anything, that is just messed up, I have a strict paypal account in business type and i have to record everything i receive so i won't be playing with pitty money in the first place and i'm not that desperate.

3. I have about no money in argonath, basically broke and the assets i have are mine to keep, a few cars and a house and i don't even work for assets or money anymore because i don't see the need for it when i have the things i already want.

Manoni on skype. I'm still confused on why you would think that I would sell anything to argonath players, I would be glad to see the piece in the logs where i attempted that.

Ahh I see where you got the misunderstanding from! You should have said so! I wasn't trying to sell an account, I wanted him to try Minecraft and I suggested he would play on my server if he did get Minecraft but he said he wanted to get a "cracked" version of Minecraft which is an un-paid version of Minecraft which according to Mojang is illegal and is unsupported by the Minecraft community. I told him he has to buy the game and he asked me how much it was, I said it's $25 which is the price for Minecraft on https://minecraft.net/ ($26.95). Though I have a second account which i don't usually use and when i use it it's only for testing purposes so i told him he could use my second account to play. I wasn't selling anything to him, i was suggesting he could either buy the game from https://minecraft.net/ or use my second account, I can understand where you got this all wrong.

And never once did I tell him the ip to my server, i just suggested if he'd play Minecraft he should play my server and if he did i would tell him the ip on skype. Though he didn't buy Minecraft nor did I give him my second account because he's not interested. So at the end of the day nothing really happened. Finally glad to clear this!

Whether he purchased the "account" from you, it makes no difference to me. Someone that has been around for as long as you have been should be aware that trying to barter or trade real life items over Argonath is not condoned what so ever.

Um.. I just explained above that I wasn't selling or trading anything. I was offering him a free account to use to play Minecraft or to buy an account from the real Minecraft site which is owned by the company called Mojang.

Trade:  something given for another in return (i wasn't doing that)

Selling: something given in return for money (i wasn't doing that either)

So I don't see why you still call it trade or selling.

Well then if that's what you believe so be it and yes like I said i know it was a mistake to discuss anything about a different server and i'll take that as your reason. But then again I wasn't selling or trading anything and never even attempted to.

It's all good as a matter of fact I'm very glad everything went pleasurably well in this discussion and yes it was obviously my bad to use Argonath to talk about irrelevant servers/communities.
