what i would like to be in argonath rpg is a navy when suspects escape in the sea , water , etc./an emergency radio can be used by a command like /nr (navyradio), so cops can tell the navy to go and follow the suspect and if the server can make a special navy boats , and thats my idea and just wanted to say that if my idea or suggestion is approved i can supervise the whole thing i will make the forum and the domain , etc. / if you want me to supervise it i will , if not you can do it , thank you.

Suspects can not evade in water , so its not needed
You can /report who evade in water , evading in water while being a suspect is a Rule-break

i just wanted it to be more realistic and easier and if there are no admins suspects can just run away !!!

Navy? the hell, 1st of all evading by water while a SU is a rule break, 2nd do you think making group specific vehicles  and forums, is a walk in the park? I think developers have a lot of work to do without having to make a navy which has no use, since every SU who gets in water and wont get out ASAP should be reported.
