On another note, this isn't a serious RP server which I mostly like. Having fun with your friends is okay until a limit. I did it as a joke because Tiny tossed the vehicle in the sea on purpose. I did not kill him and he did not get offended. He could just report me which he didn't because we were joking. I'm pretty sure even he can confirm that. And what's wrong in having fun with your friends? I see admins doing that daily and they're not being questioned about it.

How I should know there's an UC admin online? You could also state the reason that I have deathmatched and I was ok with it, but just appearing from nowhere and removing my weapons without any kind of comment is just pissing off. Veteran or not, we all do mistakes.

However, in this case, Ernst had probable cause to spectate you and, joking or not, you were deathmatching. When friends are deathmatching like this, it comes down to the admin's discretion on the amount of punishment to give. Having your weapons removed from you is the least Ernst could have done.

I cannot comment on the reason for your ban as I have to wait a few more hours until today's logs are released, so we can deal with that later, but I will deal with some of the comments you have made.

I have reviewed the logs around the time of your ban and can confirm that you were not told why your weapons were removed. I'm sure you knew why, but that is no reason for you not to be told.

Murt told you to drop the discussion in public chat yet you continued, which resulted in your ban. I can understand your reasoning for doing so would be caused by frustration, but that is no excuse. If you're told to drop something then you should drop it - if you felt you were wrongly treated then you use the email, not public chat. I hope you can learn this in the future.
