[Case #003] [Case Closed] Disrespecting police officer

Dear court, on the date of 08/07/2014
I was parked inside my vehicle near the Dukes - Downtown park slot also near the popular gas station , when an officer named "[Apt]Kewlguy13x" has entered inside my own vehicle without a request. After i have told him to leave my vehicle he has reached the front of it and made a "little piss" over the wheel as sign of revenge. I personally think this behavior isn't suitable for a police officer inside our city.
In the screen below you may notice i have told this guy that i had a pepper spray with me , i said that for make sure he won't attack me after his invasion inside my own vehicle. I thought he wanted to make something to me.
My demands:
500$ reimbursement + Departure of the officer from Police Department of Dukes.

I honorable Supreme Judge Danny James will take this court session into matters, the plaintiff is suing the defendant for disrespecting and also to add urinating in public on private property. Would the defendant please reply with his defense towards this matter?

as i can see here as well i saw in the game, kewl did something that he shuldnt do, especially when he was on duty,with that said mark's complaint is correct, and as a witness to that act i can say that kewlguy is quilty, and that he shuld be punished for his actions, in this case: 500$ reimbursement + Departure of the officer from Police Department of Dukes.

First off I am sorry for my actions. Second this was revenge for you almost killing me on top of the Fbi HQ you should of not been shooting in the first place. To me this should be solved with a small fee and nothing else. On His side I can see why you want me to pay for my actions. But, On my side this was a huge misunderstanding and should be solved with a small fee.

I know what I have done was wrong, and I am truly sorry for it, But on my side this went way overboard.

That fact happened due desync however. I already said it.

I thought the revenge was on the fact happened at mgs.

Edit: About the shooting , i have already asked you sorry for it (The messages on main chat were for joking if you didn't get it , i wouldn't shoot you neither because desync did all the job with just less time - bullet).  It wasn't mean to be that and i paid you for 1-2 meal for re-heal , i'm sure on this. But you didn't even asked me sorry for your action , instead when i said i will go on the court you haven't tried to explain or something else.

Yes, but not some minutes before this fact , its another story which the officer , i think , wanted to port due his misbehaving on duty over me.  Also this fact about "shooting" didn't happen when i was as civilian. I do not use any gun when im around as civilian.
It happened much early due a my error touching the pad too much. I didn't even aim at him , it was the desyncc of our client causing it , nothing was directed to him. The revenge i was talking about in first post it's in the moment the officer entered in my vehicle and i told him to leave.

I didn't really get what you meant , however it's not up to me to decide. I have just expressed my opnion and i will respect others opnion.

The court has decided to go in favor for Plaintiff Mark Lion as the defendant kewlguy urinated and disrespect towards the public, the charged officer will have to pay 500$ reimbursement payment for urinating on a public property. Case closed.
