Kidnapping by killing? That's a new one.

A car that's containing a suspect does not just drive up to LSPD to kidnap a cop right at the police station doors infront of multiple other cops.

This is not some cops & robbers server where you tell someone to pullover and if they ignore you, then you kill them.
It's not some server where you walk up to a player, tell them to get in the car or you will shoot them.
Nor is it a server where you can run about shooting at other groups members and call it roleplay because they killed your friend two hundred years ago.

I understand you're new to RS5, you may or may not have been here in RS4 and that makes no difference to me.
That amount of rulebreaking/punishment is just not suitable for any player to have in such a short period of time.
