single player save problem

hello guys hmm how to tell you :
so i started playing in single player , then i get to the "its your call " mission and the game just crashed after the scene , then i tryed to restart the game but when  it load my savegame , the game just disappear
i tryed to delete then reinstall the game but nothing i don't really know whats going on
