When you were banned: 10:18 PM, roughly, of 17th of July, 2014

Reason why you did it: A group of officers where performing a mass-traffic-stop in the road, near the MGS. I waited in the cue of traffic until I made my way to the officers.

I rolled my window down {RP}, and said 'Good Afternoon'. - I was then car jacked by Tai, then told, through the  /ME command, that I was being punched, and dragged out.

I used public chat to quickly say 'Oi! No forced RP!' - Got back in my car, and drove away, very slowly. I was then suspected for Fleeing a stop, then Immediately banned.

First you passed the traffic stop wthout stopping when you drove south which was the reason for suspection. When you came back you were suspected and stopped infront of me. Thats why we dragged you out. RPed or not the carjack was valid and legal since you been suspected already. Logs are proofing.
You started instant complaning and talking bullshit like you did the whole day already. Which is the reason that you were banned.

Inbefore thats the only rule we got regarding RP. If you commit a crime you are part of a RP scene if you RP or not.

Since i am sure you will denie that version since you once again didnt noticed that you been suspected before this situation. The reason why those cops tried to catch you.

Try to be less provokative and comlaining anyways.

Actually, I am happy to admit that version of the story, because, with some small time-changes, it's the same story.

First, the original evasion of GermanGun did not earn me a suspect, and I made it far-across the world without my name turning orange. It was only when I wanted to go towards the air-port that I was forced to pass the mass traffic stop. - Like I said, I drove up to you and other surrounding officers and RP'd as much as I could, before one cop shot his Shotgun, then the 'Pulls out of car' and then the punching. - The scene went way too far.

I didn't 'talk bullshit' like you've mentioned, I quickly typed, in public chat, 'Oi - No forced RP!' - Then again, 'No Car jacking!'

I got a phone call from someone, saying you practically did the same to them, so they offered me a ride, and since I typically evade Police, I took him up on the offer and legged it like f**k to his bright orange and green car, laughed, got in, then was Imediatly banned for the reason 'Read rules' - Which is not a reason.

As for my 'complaining', well, all I day I see people call other people cunts, blacks, dikes, jack cars, ram cars, DM. The MOMENT I happen to mention something like 'Odd how many people come here to diffuse RP' - After perhaps a scene of mine was ruined, you and others have a go at me and tell me to stop moaning. - Yet, you are the denominators in talking about my 'complaint', which means you are infact, crying like a female dog named Jennifer.

I have noticed that multiple admins have checked this thread, including my bann-er. If it's not out of line to ask; I wouldn't mind some action.

You really should need to understand that the suspect was VALID.

The ban whatever the actual reason was stated in-game is VALID.

And that the accusations I make towards you are all VALID and RIGHT.

I don't need to cry about that as you are banned. In fact for maybe longer as you wish since you just start again to loose control over your fingers typing in such stuff. The type of trouble maker you are is quiet a hard nut, but breakable.
You want to play, then play like everyone else does that has never troubles. You just got in troubles as you already make yourself unsympathetic towards a bunch of other players as well as admins in the way you talk and show yourself. Last but not least by such actions.
In that case you already lost the fight. I see rebels everyday not getting in trouble as they still keep the major rules and stay friendly at any time towards others, whatever they are fighting.
But you have proofed to show up as a really smart guy with a quiet unbridled mouth, that seems to like having people against himself. Either that's what you want or you simply didn't realized yet how you appear towards other people.

And according to common sense and the sake of a peaceful server I am not allowing someone like you in if you continue this acting towards others.


The last thing I want to mention is again something you moaned about...

If you have read the post of me above you would have already read that this wasn't either "forced RP" nor "car jacking" in the way of rule breaking.
And if you would have just surrendered instead of whining and running, you might would have end up in a much better way. Remember that decisions always lead to a result...
