No i have a total of 5.99ghz processor which is dual core.
It is not overclocked it is all orginal but im buying a 1gb of ram in 2 weeks for more performance for scripting and definalty playing :P

Its not 6.4ghz, that is 3.2ghz.
Im sorry to disappoint you :D.
AMD Calclates in there own size shit but if you want to see what it is in GHZ check on google.
6400+ = 3.2ghz.
So still good pc you are getting.
Remeber if you overclock there is a 40% chance of it might break.

And Haldir is right, AMD over labels the clock speed. But the speed they label is the one you can get overclocking it.
