Both McAfee and Norton have no problem with the files.

If you're on the desktop, you're on the desktop, you don't need to show what you're already looking at.

Ye the shortcut of Show Desktop is stupid, isn't it?
U have to go to Desktop to click "go to Desktop"  :poke:

But I have Show Desktop in The Start Bar, so when u exploring files/internet, u can click it to go to desktop not minimizing

My Quick Launch bar is hidden, but even if it wasn't, I wouldn't have the Show Desktop button there. Heard of WindowsButton+D?

You would think there would be no point to put it there but there actually is :P. The reason is that it is the root file of the 'show desktop' icon when i hit the start menu, I don't actually click on the show desktop button icon that's on the desktop as that would be pointless but if i deleted it and then if i ever used the 'show desktop' button on the start menu (which is where i usually hit it) it would not work as the root file is deleted.

I could easily move the root file from the desktop to somewhere else but the only point in doing that would be to stop people asking why i have a show desktop icon on the desktop when i show my wallpaper. So one last time, i don't actually click on it while i'm on the desktop because yes i realise ther would be no point because i am already on the desktop, i only keep it there because the shortcut on the start bar links to it.
