Right Click -> Rocketdock Properties -> something, or if it comes on just Right Click, untick the "Always top"

New Wallpaper and I got Rocketdock at the top and Objectdock at the bottom

Object dock is kinda my Taskbar now since I never use the taskbar since I got ObjectDock.

ObjectDock holds the programs that I use and Rocketdock I use to hold my game's.
