Press the PrtScn button (situated on top of the Home key), open Paint, then CTRL+V to paste., save image as jpeg or whatever. Voila !!!

Yea, i tried getting the 'Wide' part off of the site you gave us for the Vista Background's and i tried resizeing it, but it still look's ugly cause it's stretched

im running it on 1280x1024
