I am pretty sure the drug market and the cost of seeds/g ratio  will set the price of player to player business deals. This is where the free market will set the price, at least it should.

I'm pretty sure the low drug prices on the market is to keep the economy in check. It's perfectly fine to keep the prices down if all other prices are scaled accordingly.
Inflation can be a bad girl, especially if it's this early into RS5.

Edit: Besides, there are so many weed and heroin spots now, so in the end, you'll probably end up getting as much money for drugs as you did in RS4, if you work hard enough.

Before these changes happened, I was actively collecting drugs from multiple players, some freelancers and some groups. And I wasn't the only one out there, doing the same thing. I'm not a person that grows, so I can't tell wether there is profit from those who buy a seed at $70 and then sell $10/g (, maybe more or less, depends on the seller/buyer ). However, what I have noticed is that, for people like me, who buy and sell, there's no profit, at all. And from all the drugs I collected before the changes, if I sell them right now I would lose more than half a million dollars. That's a lot of money, so what do I do now ? I stash them, for no reason, hoping for a high price, someday.

When I used to login my PM used to get spammed with "buy weed/heroin?" "sell weed to me, i buy high price!!!11", etc. Now ? I only get few people I know telling me to buy their weed at $10/g because they are in need of quick-cash.

Taking a look at previous attempts to increase the drug market prices, which is, if you haven't noticed, what I'm trying to do now, we used to get replies such as: "Drugs are not ment to be a money-making method." But hey, are you guys out of your mind ? Drugs are a money-making method! They have high risks, yet the income is so small you will lose cash into it. People bought drugs at 35/g+. Now you guys will force them to sell at $10 ? If that's what you are looking forward to see happening in the server, you might as well wait two days for everyone to sell and then remove drugs from the server, no one is using them anyway.

Zaila, or any other HQ member that is in knowledge of the math being used behind the script, can you please share the worst and best scenarios from dealing weed ?
How much does one seed produce ?
How much is the minimum price you can get from Drug Market ?
How much is the maximum price you can get from Drug Market ?

1. You can get caught durring a drug deal.
2. You can get scammed by the other guy.
3. You can die before getting yourself home.
4. You can die while transporting your drugs to the drug market.
5. You can die/lose your drugs when growing/ordering them.
And it took me like 5 seconds to think of them... imagine if I had mroe time...

2. There are methods to avoid (heavy) losses.
3. This is just you being a bad driver.

5. If you are threatened by players, you can deal with that (if necessary, shoot them, and if you are bad, just train, it's easy to kick ass). Other than that, ^.

Risk is cops, nuff' said. They may not see 10 grams, but they will definitely see 10KG+.

Well there are many times when you are one and they are 5 in this case believe me no matter how good a driver you are with the wrong vehicles you will get caught... And the officers are also part of the risk... But i guess this price change should also be considered???

Doesn't matter, if there's cops and drugs, you're going to end up being arrested/killed.
