Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: Female skins for Police / Medic duty

Why do you consider it "missing"?: We had this feature previously in RS5, though the sole female police skin was removed due to a 'bug', which I'm not sure how it affected it when the 'Freecop' skin doesn't. I roleplay a female, and when I go to preform police or paramedic duties, I'd like to have the skin to match. Others have said to use the male skin, but to me this doesn't fess up to the 'equality' of the server, allowing those to roleplay who and what they wish regardless of who says what.

Why should it be added?: Simple: Female officers have no skin, only male skins are present. Equality should be present in everything, including police and medical duty. I've previously suggested some ideas for the skins that could be used.

Why do you consider it "missing"?: It isn't there. (promise)

Why should it be added?: It is crucial to traffic operations and road safety

Why do you consider it "missing"?: It was previously in the beta, but removed to be fixed.

Was this in RS4?: Yes

Why should it be added?: The SAPD and FBI require them for use on non-marked vehicles in their respective divisions to act as represented, official police vehicles. (SAPD for UC operations, and FBI for general operations)


Feature you think should be (removed/changed): Jurisdictions (changed or removed)

Why should it be (removed/changed): The SAPD and Zaila proposed many great ideas for the jurisdiction system, but it remains in limbo. If the proposed ideas (like being able to choose your jurisdiction) can't happen, a removal would make many people much happier.

1. Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: Gas pump in LSPD garage

Why do you consider it "missing"?: A lot of cruisers are almost out of fuel, some of them can't make it to a Gas Station and just stand in the garage..

Was this in RS4?: Yes

Why should it be added?: I would like to start my shift with a full gas tank, also good for Organised Patrols.


2. Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: A complete MDC

Why do you consider it "missing"?: The only thing you can see is criminals, and people use 'tab' for it.

Was this in RS4?: Yes

Why should it be added?: Better roleplay, checking IDs etc in the MDC and not with cmds like /registration.
Maybe you can add more thing also, 911 History log etcetera


3. Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: Female Cop skins

Why do you consider it "missing"?: If you want to Roleplay as a female officer, they it has to be available for you.

Was this in RS4?: Yes

Why should it be added?: Example: If you have to frisk a female civilian, and she demands a female officer.
We have male and female characters, I wish they are allowed to use female cop skins also.

Why do you consider it "missing"?: Because there is a helipad on the roof?

Was this in RS4?: No ( There was at LSCH )

Why should it be added?: People drop the Police choppers everywhere right now..


5. Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: Adding /setspawn back (can't remember the cmd)

Why do you consider it "missing"?: For SWAT trainings

Was this in RS4?: Yes

Why should it be added?: Maybe you should add one spot in the respawn menu?, your own saved spawn. If we die in a SWAT training orso we always have to go back towards the training from our HQ.


6. Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: When going on SWAT duty, you receive the standard duty weapons as SWAT.

Why do you consider it "missing"?: Takes a lot of time till everyone is equiped.

Was this in RS4?: Yes

Why should it be added?: If we go on SWAT duty, we always have to Equip everyone. And it takes a lot of time. In RS4 we just had to go on duty and we had all the SWAT weapons.


7. Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: Option to customize you character

Why do you consider it "missing"?: It was fun to walk with armor, helmet, etc

Was this in RS4?: Yes

Why should it be added?: Everyone is more unique and you see people running with armors, santa hats etcetera.

8. Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: /trunk , /hood

Why do you consider it "missing"?: It's still there but you have to be Inside the vehicle. It's a bit annoying

Why should it be added?: You always have to enter the vehicle to do /trunk or /hood, It would be better if you can do it outside of you car like in RS4


9. Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: Gas can

Why do you consider it "missing"?: If you run out of fuel in the desert or at a place without a gas station then you have to walk.

Was this in RS4?: Yes

Why should it be added?: No more empty vehicles at the side of the road or for example Area 69. You can't fill those vehicles, it's just standing there.

Why do you consider it "missing"?: It's a tool for SAPD, to catch speeders.

Why should it be (removed/changed): It must be changed/edited because it has missing features.

If changed, what direct changes would you like seen?: I'd like to see /tune finished. You can't add the "Off Road" wheels on /tune, they are not available on the options. Also there are vehicles that are lacking the hability to be tuned such as the Yosemite, the Patriot, the Sandking, the Sadler, the Burrito and some more vehicles.


Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: Option to customize your character (/clothes /hats /glasses /bandanas /caps)

Why do you consider it "missing"?: We used to have some of those back in RS4 and RS5 currently only has /glasses.

Was this in RS4?: Yes and No. Well, some of them.

Why should it be added?: I'd like to see it added because it's fun to be able to add this kinda objects to make your character(skin) look a bit different than the others.

Feature you think should be (removed/changed): /groups (LAW ENFORCEMENT)

Why should it be (removed/changed): Undercover busts/stings are pretty much useless in RS5. Criminals just /groups the undercover officers during a bust and then kill them because they are cops. Either restrict the use of /groups on Law Enforcement groups to actual members of the group, or create a LE script outside of groups like in RS5, that can only seen with /rank.

If changed, what direct changes would you like seen?: Civilians shouldn't be able to see law enforcement ranks, especially not UC officers/agents (FBI/ASID).

More objects in 24/7, such as hats/caps, bandanas, spraycans etc.
Why do you consider it "missing"?:
Well it would bring some more nice simple features ingame.

Why should it be added?:
I think it should be added since businessowners of 24/7 needs more things to put in their stores and as I said it would bring some more nice features ingame (Obviously there is more important stuff to add, but still.)

Because it brings more fun when gambling, yes I know you risk getting scammed, but I can suggest a solution.
Similar to /bjhost, there will be a /1xhost /2xhost /3xhost, each person rolls (amount of times) and the winner takes. /dice will not be usable inside casinos unless you're in a game. /dice will work normally outside casinos and you still risk getting scammed there.

Why do you consider it "missing"?:
Because customizing your player with glasses is not enough.

Some sort of, yes.
Why should it be added?:
It's really nice having player customization and actually fun. I'm familiar with how the current /glasses work and perhaps I could help in adding them.

Why should it be (removed/changed):Because its really annoying for some groups to not be able to add another member to the cb unless the cb owner is online.

If changed, what direct changes would you like seen?: The ranks ,the owner rank should be able to add people to the cb.The RS4 system was great,in my opinion,perfect.

Why do you consider it "missing"?: Because cops are not allowed to /giveweapon

Was this in RS4?: Yes, dah

Why should it be added?: Because, at the moment if you are in a middle of a situation and have no weapons you have to go to a PD while a partner could just give you a desert, etc..


Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: /load & /store

Why do you consider it "missing"?: Because everyone used it in RS4 and looks like there is something mising

Why should it be added?: Because there is currently NO WAY of storing weapons and this can be bad for the drug dealing market, RPs etc...

Feature you think should be (removed/changed):  Entire Medic Duty in regards to /heal.

Why should it be (removed/changed): We had a whole lot more medics in RS4 than RS5.

If changed, what direct changes would you like seen?: /heal in hospitals completely removed, /heal in ambulance heals you back to full health, hospitals still remain for those that want to RP and want to be cured of addictions.


Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: Medical Doctor Skin (White hair, white skin, white lab coat)

Why do you consider it "missing"?: Because that skin was one of the most used emergency skins in RS4.

Why should it be added?: So people can start going/RP-ing "Mad Doctor" in the server again



Feature you consider "missing" from RS5: Fire Mission Marker

Why do you consider it "missing"?: If a fire mission comes up, and it just says (for example) Bone County, too much time would be wasted on trying to find the fire because some areas in the game are quite large...

Was this in RS4?: Yes

Why should it be added?: This made finding fires in RS4 so much easier. However if added, you would have to be inside next to the emergency radio (Mission spawner) in order for the marker to be added when you accept the mission.

Feature you think should be (removed/changed): Joining cop duty in 5 minutes should be changed to more organized faction like expected in Roleplay server.

Why should it be (removed/changed): Because i have seen and many of us seen whoever play in cop duty abuses their rights and gets booring everyone games while playing on duty specially old members making it with really nice way with trolling some kind of bullshits against the other playing and bothering them for hours and hours ,I would like to see apply on ARPD forums with clear criminal history and more organized applications and organized patrols . People already handling with forums Chief or etc ranks they'll going to make more realistic roleplays like a Academy or Trainings etc then random people wont going to die like a chickens and returning like a zombies . Since everything free there's no one cares about the Roleplay as a cop because everysingle of it can be able to return they just storm in any Roleplay situation and f*** up whole Roleplay like nothing happening in the situation.

If changed, what direct changes would you like seen?: More organized gameplay with communicating Skype / TS to patrolling and being friendly more serious roleplay scene's no more bullshits like giving tickets for some kind of stupid reasons, People wont be abuse it since they give their time to join in to it, People going to play in more serious as expected on duty , Everyone going to respect eachother as expected.

Feature you think should be (removed/changed): Police duty

Why should it be (removed/changed): Because there's too many new players who go on police duty and then just drive recklessly, shoot other fellow police officers, suspect people with invalid reasons and such. Most of them do not speak english properly and we can't teach them if they don't understand.
Therefor I think it should be that you need passport and driving license to go on police duty.

If changed, what direct changes would you like seen?: More professionality on duty perhaps. Less invalid suspections, less bad driving from side of SAPD and such.
