To Become Drug Dealer u buy a Weed licence and u can buy weed /orderdrugs at NPC. And Price need to be big so not everyone can just come and buy Drugs for their own use.
And There wasnt really much Drug Dealers. Everyone who needed weed go to NPC and buy it no RP

Just make the weed NPC rare, so it's harder to get the stuff. Then it's more vaulable and players will deal with eachother.

This is perfect. Its like a whole new world in crime. Well suggested 

If I know administration which I do, it wont implement it anyway, hehe but I wanted to write cos I was thinking since 2011, and when I saw the high amount of money, only the numbers caused me to change my vision on NPC Drugdealers so uhm yea, things  fit well. An idea which will both give a slight boost to both RP and Economy and for sure will reduce cophunters. :P

Ok Like 95% of Players Buy weed from the NPC Drug Dealer [Script] <Witch kills RP>
And rest of 5% players <Mostly New Comers> Buy Weed from Player

So This is What i thought to increase RP

To Become a Drug Dealer U Need to buy a weed Contract that allow you buy weed From NPC <50.000$ weed contract. Discuss about the price please>

By adding this weed Contract More Players Would RP A Drug Deal.
