Advertisement is the last an unfinished server needs. Usually a server advertises its services once the script is done, which is not the case.
Advertising at this moment has little to no effect.

Just because the SA:MP server is incomplete (still playable and enjoyable, though), it does not mean that advertising the community (not only SA:MP which you are refering) has no effect. We're trying to bring people to the community, not to SA:MP.
