It was my friends account, and he was not going to play anymore because he is busy in RL so he said to share his money among his group friends, he was a old player, he had passport, it wasn't a randomly made new account.  The other players account name:  playboyx

I didn't changed my IP. I was about to /q by that I crashed, and then when I start the game again I logged in with my account. And Tai, as I said, it was a old accont, I wasn't multi account ting, I just opend his accont to transfer money bcz he was not going to play anyfurther. I was able to log in to his account because he gaved me the account id and password, It was been done on his permission.

About the ip, my internet connection uses ppp0e protocol, which changes the ip I guess.
And about informing, I didnt knew that they will consider it as Moneycheating, bcz it was not a new made account, it a old account, and he had a passport and we both have been online together manytimes so its not like I have 2 accounts of my own.

Multi-accounting does not mean you registered a lot of accounts in a short time, it means that you own more than one. As you have the access you are the owner.

As I said before Tai, I am not the owner of that account, I just used that account to transfer his money, because he wont be coming ingame anyfurther, then I went back to my account.

In fact as I mentioned above it is just suspicious if someone joins with Account A
gives a huge amount of money to another player. Rejoins with Account B and gets
the money sent back. And all that under other IPs which is the cherry on the cake.
