I wouldn't call something role-play when you came up from nowhere, like a rogue, killing two players blatantly whilst I'm speaking to one of them in the chat. Directly after I removed your weapons you quit the server after you noticed staff presence.

As there were no 'staff members present' during the time you decided to break the rules consistently and knowingly for your own amusement. By looking at your previous punishment you had death matched before as well.

And to add up, please tell me about your other accounts from your IP that are banned.

Okay, this is the full story : I was with my friend at my home. I promised him to make a RP. I was driving in Los Santos, and I saw two players. One of them told me to come at their faggio. They were driving, and so I thought they were going to kidnap me. I told them to let me drive. We went in Las Venturas at a pub (near weed spot). I was Rping inside, as there was also a side where we could RP as in a bar. They didn't do any RP. Then, they started leaving. I was going to kidnap, but they didn't give me any chance. When they went at their faggio, I did /me takes out his shotgun and reloads it. /reload 2. I started shooting but they were gone. Then I ran at them hunting. Honestly they don't know how to RP. When I caught one of them, I killed him. Then I found the other one, and killed him too. After this, I left them alone.

Sir, I know there were no admins present(After this, came Leon). And when I /q'ed, I didn't know my weapon were removed and if there were any staff member talking at me. My friend told me he had to go home, so I /q'ed, as I already was in game for 2 hours.

About the IP ? I bought a new modem 2-3 days before, I don't have any other account. My only account is Mauricio Gagliano.

And too add further to this request Conroy, both of the players were new players, inexperienced. That was quite obvious.

Alright! If you say so, it's just like you say. I thought I was Roleplaying, so I didn't know I was Deathmatching. I promise I'll do more and better RP. I will never DM. I should have a reason to do so. I once came after death, it will never happen again too. If someone DMes me, I will report them. If no admins online, and I can be really angry, I will /q, and come later in game.
