I don't know about Sweden, but in Greece we eat a lot of salads with tomatoes ... so I'd suggest making that your next goal... if possible to be grown there though...

I grew salad and tomatoes last year, so it's really possible to make that. Though my salad got a lot of snails which made me threw them away. But the Tomatoes tasted delicious!

Here in Creta this is very usual; Most of people grow their own products. It's a benefit since self-made producs are tastier and healthier, keep it up!
