I think you should make some higher criterias for the members,since almost everyone goes through.The trial membership should be longer,members with higher positions,the ranks after Leaders and Top OGs,preferably Scouts,should investigate trials little more,their past,their plans,are they troublemakers,scammers etc.

From my point of view,a perfect scout with all honest opinion should be Psyron,thinks with his brain and not with his weapon.He can make a player position up how he wants it.And a big plus is that he's loyal.And yes,pick higher rank members very precisely.

The thing is, with too high criterias many people who applied to join wouldn't be able to. Rather then denying those with not too big knowledge of the roleplay and the game, we try educating them. Pretty much anyone who shows will to join is welcome, as long as they show abillity to learn. We can easyly kick anyone breaking the gang or the server rules, and thats what we do. Also, every member is under constant observation of the high ranked group members (OG, Top OG, Leadership)
