Vehicle License fix

It came to our knowledge that vehicle licenses wasn't returned when selling vehicles which has now been fixed.

However, this means that players who has wrongly lost licenses which we will be able to refund.

Considering vehicle licenses was free until 11th August, you will not get any license refunds before this date. You can only get a refund between 11th August 00.00 until 18th August 14:55. If you sold a vehicle in this time frame, post date, time and ingame name in a reply in this topic and we will check it out. If you did not, dont bother try as you wont be able to get anything.

The bug is you dont get your vehicle license back when you sell your vehicle.
