First of all, ARPD website is useless unless the server is back up. I bet you have 0 paper work to do.

2nd. Listen to music, go out with friends, go ride your bike, play the guitar, play some football, read a book, help your parents, tidy up your room, play with your pet, etc. Real Life, a world of it's own.

Lets not forget there are other servers up currently, and there are indeed people who do have paperwork.

Though we shouldn't complain about it. Just be patient and make the best of what we're given. They'll be up soon enough.

You don't see people moaning about FBI forums do you ?
Just wait. You don't need the forum do do other stuff, why would you need ARPD forums if the server (He plays on SA:MP) isn't even up ?
There is a lot of other stuff you can do. This would be a good time to start playing on other servers.
