What's wrong with the FBI Cheetah?

The VCPD Cheetah has no lights or sirens, just a blacked-out strobe light in the interior.

VC:MP 0.3zR2 client has vehicle model and amount limit, which is why we had to strip some unnecessary vehicle mods (FBI Cheetah and basic Cheetah have one difference; siren, which is, to be honest, useless).

Short version: FBI Cheetah was removed to make room for other vehicle models and they were replaced with basic Cheetahs.

Cheetah itself has almost perfect handling, so how much better can it get?

And unlike the FBI Washington and the FBI Rancher, I barely see differences while driving the VCPD Cheetah, so I suppose that this small change wont't be for the worse.

Internally, the Cheetah and Vice Cheetah are exactly the same aside from a few minute differences in the model and the fact that one has a siren. In single player the handling rules are exactly the same, as is true in 0.4. I can't verify 0.3 but it should use single player handling rules.
